It started out warm and intermittently sunny today, and ended up in a torrential downpour. While nothing really went wrong today, that is how it feels like the day went in manners other than the weather.
The kids have been out of school since about noon Wednesday for the holiday and then a teacher inservice day, and they are definitely getting on each others nerves. #2 and #3 in particular seem to be pushing each others buttons non-stop. #1 has managed to stay out of it, thank God. I finally managed to keep the two separated for most of the last part of the day. With any luck, tomorrow and Sunday will go better. If nothing else, the kids are back in school Monday, so I can get a break then.
At least the pup is progressing well towards being house broken and slowly but surely learning some manners. She is still a bit mouthy, and we are working on that. She does respond to several commands consistently, particularly if there is food involved. Especially if there is food involved. In fact, always if food is involved.
sIndigo seems a bit better lately, he is at least eating again. She isn't back up to her usual appetite, but she is eating. She does seem more shakey, and has fallen a time or two, but I'm hoping that will ease up when she is back to her usual intake.
