Hubby will be taking the twins out today to do their school clothes shopping. We had them try everything on this morning. #1 has 2 pairs of jeans and #2 only has 1. They both could use another nicer shirt or two. Not too much is needed, but they do need a bit.
#3 and I will be heading out to get haircuts while Hubby and the twins do their clothes shopping. I'm sick of my hair and think I may get it shaved off. OK, maybe not shaved, but definitely cut.
I'm also playing around a bit with the new editor. While I will miss typing out the HTML myself, this will definitely make writing the entries go a lot faster!
I've got some apples in the fridge I need to convert into applesauce. I was thinking of saving it for Tuesday when Hubby goes back to work. That will also give me the opportunity to get more apples so maybe I can make enough applesauce to last until at least Christmas. The stuff I made last June has been gone for a while now, so I definitely need to make more this time so it lasts longer than 2 months!
We took the kids to see the Grimm Brothers the other night. Hubby ended up taking #3 out about half way through the movie. It was much too dark and scary for him. This makes me think that I definitely need to read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire with him to see how he reacts to it. There are parts in the book that are about as dark as some of the things in the Grimm Brothers. Rumors abound about which parts have been cut from the book to make the movie, and the parts I have concerns about are not in those rumors.
Hey, as long as they keep Malfoy the Amazing Bouncing Ferret scene, I will be accepting of the other cuts!
