Counting Down

After getting #3 through his school work this morning, we headed outside to plant petunias. I had him bring all the plants down to where we would be planting while I got the rest of the supplies. We got them all planted, and while I was putting the tools away I noticed that he had missed several petunias that were hiding behind a hydrangea. Oh well, we will get them tomorrow along with the hydrangea, a coleus (that I missed yesterday and was hiding behind the same hydrangea the petunias were) and some Johnny jump ups.

Right now we have just 2 more hours until #3 and I camp out in front of the boob-tube to see who the winner on American Idol will be. We are torn about it because both the contestants are wonderful and talented performers. I’ve liked Carrie from the get go, and Hubby has liked Bo. #3 likes them both, but his favorite was voted out a few weeks ago.

To help the day go by more quickly, #3 and I went to see Star Wars again today. It was just as good as the first time we saw it. I did notice something. There is one scene towards the beginning of the movie, where there is a ship in the background of one of the hangars that looks a lot like the Millennium Falcon. The scene goes by so fast, that I’m not even sure I saw what I think I saw. It could just be that I had it on my mind, so my eyes think they saw something that wasn’t actually there.
