What's For Dinner?

So, I'm looking through my freezer and cupboards thinking about dinner, and I noticed how full the fridge is getting. That is the sign that we need to have a "do it yourself" dinner and clear out the leftovers in there before we generate more leftovers.

Personally I'm calling dibs on a healthy serving of the Blackeyed pea and basil salad.

I think I may have a do-over of last nights dessert also. Vanilla ice cream with heated peach preserves served over it. Boy was that GOOD!
