I had to make a quick run to the store with #3 earlier to replace a notebook. I thought I had a full notebook with which to take notes and do my homework for my math class. Then I leafed through it and found most of it occupied with Anime type doodles done by the kids at one bored time for another. While I encourage them to draw and express themselves through other artistic means, I sure do wish they had not done so with my math notebook!
Oh well!
I’ve also got #3 doing his homework at this time. He is being rather slow about it as he is having a very difficult time concentrating. I’m trying to give him frequent breaks, but it is still difficult for him to sit long enough to complete one worksheet in one sitting. I’m now thinking it might not hurt to get a case of Mountain Dew for him to drink during the mornings in order to get through his homework!
