The therapy session went well today. I did some sit and stands, and believe me, they can be gruelling at first. Before 2 sessions of sit and stands, I pedaled a stationary bike for 10 minutes at seat 8 and weight 4 at 59 to 64 speed. The first couple of sit and stands were hit and misses, but as I did a session of 3 sit and stands, then rested, and did another session of 3, then it was time to go. 45 minute sessions do not seem to last for long. Brian L, my theralist was going to have me walk and step on and off a low box, but we didn’t get to it. I has walked from the bike to the parallel bars with their four wheeled walker similar to mine, and when done with my sits and stands sessions (two sessions) and one more stand to walk to my power chair had made my session a very good one.
