What is your all time favorite flower?
Heliotrope, no question about it. If the Snail Vine is like I think it will be, this may be either a new favorite or a tie with Heliotrope. Sweet Peas run a close second to the Heliotrope, and Daffodils after that.


What is your dream job?
Large Animal Veterinarian. I would love to turn back the clock to my early high school years and slap myself silly for avoiding the classes that would have enabled me to pursue that dream. I got distracted from the dream by friends, activities and romantic interests, and never got back on track.


What is your greatest fear?
Losing a family member. I’ve lost too many already. I’m sorry, but the rest of my family must be immortal from this day on.

    You should go after your dream and become a large animal Vetrinarian. You have the math skills and it is not too late. I can totally see you doing that job. Just go for it. Don't let your life end with any regrets.

    Actually, I screwed up in undergraduate, and it wasn't until fifteen years later that I started back towards vet med. I had to retake all my science courses from undergrad before I could apply, but hey ... you're doing undergrad course work now, so it's the same thing. Veterinary schools like older/alternate applicants. We have a better success rate in school, which means the school has a better chance of getting all four years tuition from us.

    I just spent 45 minutes at my dentist. He cleaned my teeth. I cannot say it was pleasant. But I can say I am thankful to have modern dentistry. Otherwise I would be practically toothless today, I am sure. I might have my four front bottom teeth intact. Maybe.
    I have learned the art of .... "An hour from now it will be over" And right now I am running my tongue over smooth polished bicuspids. Ahhhhhhh..

    That's my worst fear too! I tell my dad he's never supposed to die, and he thinks I'm nuts. He doesn't know my worst fear is that he'll die one day.
