They managed to get in about 2 hours or so this morning before I woke up and spoke at length with them about it. They had a lot of time to think about that as they cleaned, vacuumed and dusted areas of the house I was planning to do tomorrow while they were at school.
Cool! That means I have a lot of free time tomorrow now!
Today has been a very odd day. With Hubby working, the weather looking like it's going to rain at any minute (although it hasn't yet as of this entry) indoors has been the focus of the whole family. Except #3, who has not let a bunch of dark clouds to ruin his bike riding adventures with his friend.
I think the thing I'm enjoying the most about today is that I DON'T HAVE ANY HOMEWORK!!!!!!! I'm really getting off on that. The enjoyment of it should last another couple weeks as the next term doesn't start until the 29th.
I'm moving over to the campus of the school I'm going to. The advantage is that I can take classes during the day. The disadvantage is that there are only 4 terms per year instead of 5, and it's 5 miles away instead of 1. I can definitely live with those disadvantages though!
As soon as my grade comes in I will be going over to sign up for classes. While there I will be speaking with the VA folks about switching to full time rather than part time. The GI Bill checks should bump up, and I'll be eligible for other financial aid opportunities. I think that is what I’m excited about the most. Well, that and taking more classes so my schooling will be over with more quickly.
