I got a call from #1 at about 12:30 or so. He was having a difficult time controlling his temper at school and asked to come home before he got himself in trouble.
While I don't like taking him out of school early, I would rather do that than have him get suspended. So, he is home with me now, and I have him cleaning out his closet (of which we haven't seen the floor of since he got home last June).
I got a call a few hours ago from Hubby, his travel pay from his recent trip came in. We are both thrilled as it is almost $400 more than we though it would be. Hubby indicated he wanted to use a portion of it to buy me a birthday present next month. I'd like to use a good chunk of it to pay off the Sears Bill. I think we may be able to do both.
