I once again tricked the family into eating veggies. I fixed Beef Stroganoff for dinner, and liberally added sliced mushrooms, diced red and green bell peppers and diced onion. I then told the kids that it was Christmas Stroganoff, and if they didn't eat it there would never be Christmas again. They ate most of it. #3 turned his nose up at the mushrooms, and reluctantly ate the peppers. #1 gave us his unrestrained opinion of veggies, but ate them under threat of atomic wedgie. #2 didn't breath as he shoveled it all in his mouth, then went over for seconds.
Well, at least one of my kids likes his veggies.
