I don't know if anyone else has noticed this or not, but the first day of a diet, exercise plan (or whatever the current phrasing is used for a body overhall program) seems to be the longest day in the world.
You are mentally prepped for it, get started, and then realize that even though you are on the right path, you won't see any results yet. For me, that somehow causes the minutes of a day to drag out to hours. Time seems to screech to a halt while you wait to see results.
No wonder most diet pills have stimulants in them.
