Fall is here
Thu Oct 03 2002

And with it come the rains. It has sprinkled before today, but now we have a downpour. I don't expect to see sunny skies again until April or May.

OK, I'm stretching that a bit.

#3 came home the other day and asked Mom, is it Fall yet? I let him know it was. He then asked So why aren't you baking chocolate chip cookies?

So... at the store yesterday I got all the fixings for cookies, and I suspect a good portion of today will go towards baking a couple different kinds of cookies. Most will be frozen for future use, and some will find their way to the cookie jar for after school consumption by kids.

Part of today will also go to purchase the shoes I found yesterday. I intended to buy them yesterday, until I discovered I had left my means of payment at home. Oops.

I'll get to see what a 'Fall' is, eventually.
    I've never seen one.
And first crushes, I still remember mine.
Hmm, wonder where she is and what she's doing these days?

RE Survivor, yep, I agree. I thought Rob would get voted off too. As good looking as he is, once he starts talking it spoils everything. Can you believe they lost their fishing net? And, if only they would have looked abit harder...it wasn't that far away. I am rooting for the other team, although they have a few problems too.
