It's gonna be a warm one...
Tue Jul 23 2002

Another warm day dawns (OK, it dawned a few hours ago...) and stretches before me like a cat waking from a nap.

I have made a deal with the kids that if they get all their chores done by noon, we will go to the lake. They agreed to it and are jumping up and down cheering right now.

It is very quiet without #1 here, and we all miss him very much. The stress level though is so drastically decreased it is amazing. This seems to be affecting #3 the most, he is much less jumpy and has calmed down a lot. #2 very much misses his twin, but has expressed relief about not getting in trouble for fighting as much.

The job search will also continue today. Once school starts I hope to go back to work part time. This should help to dig us out of the debt we have sunk further into since I left my job when we moved here. I have enjoyed being home, but I REALLY miss working.

Awww! I bet you miss your little guy. I can't imagine being seperated by my Nick. :/

Hey, you added me to your "reads" list! Too cool. I always use that to jump to some common diaries we read :)

I thought you knew that my diary has moved off of deardiary though. I'm sorry if I didn't give you the new link :/

    that wasn't intentional.

    here it is: http://www.spunga.com/annette/weblog.php

I only make my diary here unprivate when I want to tell everyone something, or say hello occasionally. I would keep it public, but some of my instructors at Uni got my deardiary email addy by mistake, and I don't want them snooping... especially if I talk about them!

heh, it is usually good stuff but I think you understand. Anyway I've made the diary on this site private again... but be sure to come to my new diary!

I accidentally deleted it and had to start over - I haven't done any design or anything to it yet either, but nevertheless, I'll get around to making it more visually interesting later on in the week!

I loved your review of A Candle in the Hurricane's diary! Very insightful :)
