Slow and Steady Wins the Race

I'm only down two pounds this week, but it's still moving in the right direction. That brings me to a loss of 28 pounds in 7 weeks. Not bad!

I think the best part of this week however is that with the exercise and diet, after working with my doc through this process, I am now completely off all of my blood pressure medicine.

Not bad. Not bad at all!

My goal is to be down a total of 30 pounds by next Monday. I think I can make that!

In other news...
#2 and his Lady Love had an ultrasound yesterday, and it seems we will be blessed with a Grandson next March. Woo-HOO!!! Christmas should be fun this year getting baby stuff for those two.
