    oops... I think the hold up may be here in Australia as SPRING is still running and won't seem to shut down. It didnt even allow SUMMER to function and is now blocking AUTUMN as well. I think the world needs a complete reboot. CTL+ALT+DEL anyone?

    Seems to be a system wide failure. Considered calling the help center, but dealing with overseas technicians is worse than the cold so I'm hanging on hoping the system will self correct.
