The LOST finale. Loved it? Hated it? Why?

Personally, I LOVED it. I didn't at first. When it was first over I was mad at how I "thought" it had ended.

Then, I was drifting off to sleep and remembered one line Christian said to Jack, and what Ben & Hurley said to each other there at the end, and woke straight up. I realized it didn't end the way I thought it ended. The more I thought about it, the more I was satisfied with how the writers chose to end it.

I have the Jimmy Kimmel show taped, but haven't watched it yet to get any useful insight based on comments the actors have and the optional endings the writers came up with. That will have to wait.

I thought it was a good ending.

Poor Ben. But it looked as if he might get himself squared away eventually... You had to feel sorry for him how he kept getting passed over for the job he wanted so badly.

I personally do not intend to watch any alternative endings. I abhor them. I still have questions, but with a show like this, who wouldn't??

It was pretty cool all in all.

RYC: I don't want to use snail bait because some people around here let their pets wander w/o supervision.

The snails propagate and hide in the Agapanthus leaves. I go searching every day. Some French gastronome would probably shudder at what I do to them. Anyway. . .

I've heard of the copper, and found out that aluminum foil does a pretty good job, too. I put that around the rim of the pots.
