So, my SIL informed me that every year there is a marathon, half-marathon and 5K run in Disneyland over labor day weekend.
I found a training program "Couch-to-5K".
I'm toying with the idea.
I need to talk with Hubby, inform #3 that if I decide to do this he is doing it with me, and think about it.
My biggest concern is that while I'm walking without any problems (under normal-sober conditions), my knee does still tweek on me occasionally. If I do decide to do this I'll probably be more conservative than the plan I found calls for.
I'm thinking about it.
