Broil 2 turkey breasts or 4 large chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Boil 12 ounces bowtie pasta, drain

Place the entire contents of a 9 ounce package of spinach leaves in a large bowl.

Pour bowtie pasta over spinach while it is still very hot, slightly wilting the spinach. Stir in turkey breast pieces, and pour any drippings from the broiler pan into the bowl. Stir together.

Pour one bottle of Ceasar salad dressing over the whole lot, and stir together.

Good if served warm, better if served cold the next day.

Optional addidtional ingredients are cubed or shredded cheese (I favor Colby-Jack myself, but Swiss is really good too), a small jar of capers, cubed ham, water chestnuts, celery, grated carrots or anything else that strikes your fancy.

As a side dish, this serves 6, (if you choose to share). When made with more meat and doubling the spinach, including the water chestnuts, celery and carrots I would serve it as a main dish.
