All I can say is... YUM! I'm really sorry there are no leftovers. I'll have to triple or quadruple the stew and cornbread next time to be sure there are some for a midnight (OK, 9PM) snack.
To top it off? Death by Chocolate ice cream.

I'm thinking maybe fish, pasta or rice, and a salad for dinner tomorrow night. And I'm going to steal I'm Not Lisa's apple cake recipe from her entry today. It looks too good not to try!
As for the kind of fish... I'm not really sure. I have 2 packages of mystery fish in the freezer (the labels are smudged beyond being readable thanks to a popsicle-making mishap a couple weeks ago), that I think are probably Rock Fish, but as I said before, I'm not sure.
As for now, I need to head to bed. We will be up early tomorrow for church, and the sooner I get to sleep the easier that will be!
