Got a real kick out of that video! I must have had it turned up too loud because Maggie came running, perked her ears up as much as a Golden can, then cocked her head from side to side while watching. She whined so much when it was over that I played it again, this time with her nose pressed to the monitor *rolls eyes*

I agree with you on the charisma part and with taking a strong international position during the height of the cold war. His bombing of Libya took guts. I just wish he hadn't wrecked the economy in the process.

The only comment of those you listed that I didn't like was this one:

Taxpayers only work for the federal government in the sense that they pay taxes to keep the government afloat. The federal government should work for the taxpayers, not the other way around but that's just my opinion.

I think Ronald Reagan was the best Republican President in the last century. He was a great man and I am a big Clinton fan lol

I loved those quotes by Reagan. We here in Oz liked him too. I watched his state funeral.
