My grade for my Linear Algebra class was FINALLY posted and I got an A, YIPPIE! This pushes my GPA up to a 3.61, which I can more than live with!

    Thank you for that suggestion! It might just be the answer to the problem. Actually we provide postage paid comment cards to our clients as it is but it only includes what happens after the tech show up but it SHOULD include the whole experience.
