Done!!!

I'm done. It only took me twelve and a half hours, but I'm done.

I'm referring to my math test. I'm sure other people could have gotten it done in less than 12.5 hours, but those people probably wouldn't have had to play taxi driver to their kids during the day, in addition to getting up to intervene whenever there were any problems between multiple children and dogs.

I don’t think I was able to sit and focus on the test for more than 5 minutes at a time for the first 8 hours between the kids and the dogs. I finally exploded and showed the kids what a conniption fit looks like, instructed them to do what it takes to keep it quiet, assigned the Pup to #1 and I was able to focus enough for 2 uninterrupted hours and finish the test.

I’m done. Done, I tell you, DONE!!!!!

I now need to go find something to stop the twitch in my left eye.

    Whee! That calls for a magnum of champagne and shipping the kids (and dogs) off to the grandparents for a week or so.

    I'm not supposed to take caffeine, but I gotta have my cuppa in the morning.

    For a long time I haven't taken any caffeine past the late afternoon, for the same reason you're complaining about now.

    But at least your homework is done.
