Hubby and I got to talking earlier, and realized that we needed something fun and yummy for dinner.  After talking it through we realized that the only thing that really fit the bill was Nachos.

The family agreed with the decision, and there were no leftovers whatsoever.  That is ALWAYS a good thing around here as it happens very seldom.  Now of course, we are all so full we can barely move, but boy was it good!

    funny you mention nachos

    I have planned a taco salad or nachos myself..
    for tomorrow night
    I roasted a chicken and made a T-giving chicken feast last night..
    Oh I love to cook.
    only my new oven is so sad.. Not the new self-cleaner I left behind.. This one turns on both top and bottom burner when oven is on.. Drrat.. burns most everything.. and I don't know what to do about that..
    Baking is sooooo theraputic for me.. and something I do all season.. starting now.. Drat.. guess I'll go complain to management.. for all the good that will do
