I thought for sure my aches and pains would be worked out by today, but boy was I wrong.

While most of them have completely worked themselves out, a couple of them are hanging in there stubbornly. One, my Adductor Longus, actually seems worse today than it has been in the last couple days.

Of course it may be that all the other muscles don’t hurt as much any more and since that one still does it just seems worse. All I know is that Tylenol and Motrin aren’t touching it as far as giving any relief.

I’ve wanted to get out and do some things with #3 the past couple days, but for the most part I’ve been lying around with ice packs on various parts of my anatomy and moving around only when necessary. Hubby took the van with him, and the idea of driving the truck, which is a stick shift, any more than absolutely necessary is a painful one. This is one of those cases where it really does hurt to just think about it!

Fortunately Hubby and the twins get home today, and I’m hoping it is early enough for me to get Hubby to take us all to the Y so I can sit in the Jacuzzi for a couple hours.

OK, ok, maybe not a couple hours.

I need to go dig around and find some more Tylenol or something. Maybe something that is Super-Extra Strength.

I have goose bumps just reading about it!

    AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

    I hate swarms of bugs.

It's one of those medula oblongota moments for us humans. We KNOW that swarming bugs are NOT a good thing.

I don't care WHAT the entimologists try to tell us.

    Bugs are creepy.

I hope yours die fast and completely!!!

Certain times of the year (not all years but some), we swarms of gnats that will NOT go away. No matter what you do, they just keep coming back. And they manage to get into the house and take up residence. That usually sends me on a "spring cleaning" spree that drives everyone crazy as well as bombing the house before anyone can breathe a sigh. I don't blame you for freaking. I would too. Have a great weekend!

I hope the bug bomb worked. That is so creepy! I can just see Grisom (from CSI) getting all excited.

Well you could be grateful they are not alien critters.......like in the movie Evolution. Pretty bad, but we watched it last night anyway. LOL

By the way, the best place to keep brown rice is in a very cold place like the frig or freezer. The cold keeps it from going rancid and from hatching anything. eeeewwwwwww
