My favorite thing about kabobs is leftovers. The only problem is that as the kids are getting older and older, the leftovers are getting fewer and fewer. I need to start making more if I want to enjoy the leftovers. It used to be that if I made 20 Kabobs we had 10 or so left over for lunch the next day. This time I made 20 Kabobs and we had only 3 left over.
Yep, definitely need to start making more or keeping the fresh veggies and marinated meat on hand in order to make some every night for a couple days.
I think next time I make them I will include salmon, tuna or shark for some. It would be nice to have options other than just chicken and beef.
Hmm, since there aren’t enough leftovers for dinner tonight, I should probably start thinking about what I’m going to fix tonight. I might need to make a run to the store for something since I foolishly didn’t take anything out of the freezer this morning.
