With Hubby going back to work tomorrow, and the twins in school, perhaps I will make getting some of the seeds started as a priority for #3 and myself. We are not sure when he will be starting school out here as the district is still looking for the right placement for him. It seems that the 5th grade is the most crowded of all grades, and with him also being under an IEP and needing special education resources, we are left with slim pickings as far as school goes.
I had wanted to leave him in the school he was in before the move, but the school district there found out we were moving out of the district and they couldn’t kick him out of school fast enough to make the classes there the littlest bit roomier. All school districts in my neck of the wood are filled to the point of overflow. New schools are so desperately needed that it isn’t funny.
Back to the garden issue…
I have several plants I brought with me that I need to get into the ground. Some I can do right away, others will have to wait until Hubby is done with the fence and other projects I have for him. Something tells me that despite my wanting it, and Hubby wanting to do it for me, I’m going to have to wait a year or two for my pergola. I guess I will just have to be satisfied with growing my ‘maters the old fashioned way!
