20 Hours and various other thoughts
Mon Mar 07 2005

We drove by today and gazed longingly at the house. We even went as far as to check to see if any of the doors were open so we could maybe sneak a peek inside, but no such luck.

We had done some running around with all the kids, and by the time we got back home (just shy of 2 hours later) we discovered that Indigo was feeling under the weather. More accurately, she had been feeling under the weather until she got sick all over the living room floor. I spent about 45 minutes shampooing the carpet at that point, and here we are now, with all the doors and windows open to air out the sick smell. Hubby and the boys are freezing. I, however, am comfortable for the first time in months!

With the unseasonably warm sunny weather we’ve been having for the last several weeks, everything is in bloom. It is beautiful, but wreaking havoc on my allergies. I’m downing Benadryl like candy, and still itching. I’m hoping that whatever is driving me nuts will be done blooming soon. Very, very soon.

Whatever was bothering me a few days ago is gone now. I'm glad something other than Benadryl works for me, as Benadryl is better than any sleeping pill on the market.

So...the excitement mounts. Can hardly wait for pictures.

    Shalom
