Blast from the Past Redux

I got an e-mail recently from a friend I haven't heard from in many years.

Joyce is a friend from my Drum Corps days. She was one of the first people I met after I joined Spartans, and was a good friend for the duration of my marching years. I can't count the times she was over at the house for a pool party or sleep over, or that I was at her place for the same.

It is so wonderful to hear from the past. With luck, we will stay in touch this time around.

    Do make every effort to stay in touch. You'll never regret it. I've lost touch with so many people because of just simply not getting around to writing or phoning. With email, now, it's so simple.

    Too cool. It is always so much fun to reconnect with old friends. I have lost touch with far too many myself over the years.
