It will be 7 AM shortly, and I have been up since 5:45 AM, feeling that I have slept all I could for the night. With lazy days, I lounge in comfortable clothing for the day. I love my lazy days, but when it comes to dialysis days, laziness is not allowed. I do my best at giving myself some time before DKF gets here for the morning before she drops me off at dialysis. Today is one of those days that the winter weather is playing havoc with us patrons in Wisconsin right now. We have been getting sleet/snow/ice. It makes getting out a challenge or a no go. That happened last Saturday, where I could not get to dialysis that day. I enjoy the quiet of my time when I journal. After watching TV until 5 PM or 7 PM, I head to my room to get on my computer for a while. That is what I am doing this morning, right now. It is the right time to journal.
Dressed for the day. Now I am waiting for time to pass so I can go to dialysis for three hours and fifteen minutes. It is not even 8 AM yet.
