The house smells like kool aid.
Kiwi Strawberry, Mango Peach, and Cherry combined.
I don’t know if it’s legal to combine those flavors, but I did it.
This is what you get when you throw a hank of yarn into that brew…
I have no idea what this looks like on your monitor, but in real life it’s salmon pink. Very nice. I got the yarn at the local second hand store very reasonably and decided I was allowed to play with it.
I also have a lime green one to go with it. I’m not sure what I’m making yet, but I think a little girl might like it.
What’s a salmon? I don’t think I like salmon. I like princess pink. You should use the pink lemonade one. Nobody drinks salmon kool aid, that’s icky!
Everyone’s a critic.
I cannot take credit or blame for the color of this yarn. It came from Brown Sheep that way…lemon yellow.
At first I was disappointed with how this one turned out. Bulky yarn is a little unpredictable in the felting process. But after I got it stretched out and molded and finished up, I decided it was okay. Next time, I’ll watch it more closely in the washer.
Okay, off I go.
Today is food preparation day.
Baked Oatmeal, whole wheat bread, macaroni salad, and brussels sprouts a la Cupcake.
(Seems heavy on the starches to me.)
As my cousin Sandy used to say, “Go eat a bug.”
