Ah, it’s Thursday.

Time for some frivolity.

I could use some frivolity.

Last night, the heat wave broke. The delta breeze started to blow in. I could feel it. I sat down with my watercolors and shamelessly copied the image of some buttons I saw on the internet.

I kept mixing colors for the body until I got one that I liked. But I’m keeping them ALL! Experiments are part of the fun.

I am very drawn to simple shapes. Why do you suppose that is?

As a matter of fact, I’ll back up my owning of it by sharing this video. This song popped into my mind yesterday and wouldn’t leave. So I invited it in for tea.
