Everyone has something that makes Thanksgiving seem… … right to them.

I asked my guests who will be here what that meant to them… for one it was green bean casserole, another, mashed potatoes, another, black olives. That’s a funny one eh?

For me, it’s pie.

This year, it’s Sweet Potato, and Apple. Both by request.

I’m ready. Even if the turkey is dry and the mashed potatoes lumpy…all will be well.

Because we have pies cooling in the kitchen.
