Karma and the Soul

Karma’s been called “fate” or “destiny”. This isn’t the real meaning of the word at all.

You could refer to in as the “Law of Attraction.” That’s a much better explanation. It certainly is a topic that remains a psychic mystery.

Maybe you’ve heard the saying, “You reap what you sow,” or “What comes around goes around,” and a personal favorite, “Do unto others as you would have done to you.” And it can be called, “Law of Cause and Effect.”

Whatever phrase you decide to settle on, it all boils down to one thing: whatever you put out there, you’re going to get back. Kind of like a boomerang.

So then, you give out good thoughts, good actions, and good words into the universe, toward others, toward yourself, you’re going to have a return of the same. But, if you put out bad/evil thoughts, bad/evil actions or bad/evil words, they’re going to come back and haunt you.

Today, thought, it seems like people aren’t remembering this fact. They don’t seem to realize that the world, out there, is just one big, huge mirror. What you do, say, and think is a relfection of YOU.

When you hear of someone talking, “Oh yeah, she’s got a good ‘vibe’”, they’re getting a signal that the person that is being referred to has a goodness about them that is being reflected, and they can “see” it, or sense it.

You see, whether you want to believe it or not, we are individually and collectively as a whole, ALL spiritual humans. None of us is without a soul. Spirit….soul, these things are interconnected, and they can not be separate [more on the soul later].

I believe what you think inside, your inner most secrets, become the reflection of what you are on the outside. What is those inner thoughts that you have? Are you thinking negative, bad things, about yourself and about others?

Think about that. How do you act? What you act like is a huge reflection of what is going on in the inner you. Is your world chaotic? Do you realize that this might start with you?

If our inner intentions (secrets, made known or remaining secret) are of evil intent, then we act out in harmful or deceitful ways. Karma…..

What’s going on with you is simply a reflection of your past choices. These come in the form of intention acttions whether it be mental, physical, or verbal.

But……….

Karma shouldn’t be viewed of as bad or good. It is, in fact, one of life’s best teachers. When something happens, again good or bad, evaluate it, make note of it, and learn from it. Good would have come from choosing the right decision; bad would have come from a wrong decision. It’s pretty simple logic, really.

Karma cannot be given to someone, nor can it be received by you by someone. Karma is a personal thing.

It’s also something that sticks with us, through lifetimes, if left unresolved. Yeah, unresolved. This means, you’ve got to learn from it, or it’s simply going to come back like a bad omen, and keep coming back. Lifetime after lifetime, after lifetime. This can be also referred to as the “baggage” we continue to carry around with us.

We are living in a time, when this is forgotten because we have this dark veil that has been put over our memory. We don’t remember these life lessons we have to learn, but yet, when they keep repeating themselves, we don’t understand why. It takes looking within yourself, searching yourself, and finding out, yourself, what it is that keeps making these things go wrong, if that’s the case. Usually, it is the bad karma that we question.

In Hinduism, Hindu’s believe that if one is good in their lifetime, then when they enter into the next one, they will be rewarded. It is also their belief that if a person isn’t good, then they devolve and degenerate into a lower life form. Somehow, in today’s world, that philosphy is starting to look quite like truth.

Christianity has, in a way, the same belief. Where your heart is, there is your treasure.

Karma very well, then, be thought of as a feedback mechanism from within our own selves. It, then, becomes a personal job to correct the things that aren’t right. So, if we think, say, or do bad things (negativity), then we need to change ourselves to start heading toward the good (positivity).

We should also not view negativity in our lives as “punishment” or “fate”. It sure is a lot easier, however, to point fingers and put the blame somewhere else, when bad and negative things crop up in our lives. Yet, it is the consequences we must face, all on our own, of what we do.

There is justified karma. This is the soul’s need of experience to learn the lessons we need to learn to advance in our soul’s lifepath.

There is unjustified karma which is not part of life’s lessons. This type of karma comes from a poorly made decision, not in your own best interest; going against the grain, so to speak. For instance, say someone takes up the family business because they are “expected” to continue on with the family tradition. But, in their heart, this is something they do not desire for their lives, however, they do it because they feel it is a “duty”. This is unjustified karma. He/she will not do any justice to her/hisself in this manner.

~Our Souls~
There are people out there that are considered “soulless” people. You know the type. They have no emotion within their eyes. They have no morals within their hearts, they don’t care what someone thinks or does, and many times, they are those people who will bring harm to others just because. They don’t feel they are justified by their actions.

There is a myth that we use only 10% of our brains. It might be the other way around, there is only 10% of our brains that we don’t use. Humans today have lost the ability to use their full brain potential. And, maybe the first part is becoming more true.

One part of the brain that we are not using to our full potential, and in some people, not even a smidgen. I believe that is the soul. That is why those evil, dark people, who have lifeless eyes, are considered soulless.

You might have heard that they eyes are the mirror to the soul. You can always tell someone who is good, because you can see it in their eyes, can’t you? Likewise, you can see an evil-minded person, because it shows in their eyes.

So, what is this part of the brain that we call our soul? It is the part of the brain that works the psychic ability. Many people don’t think that they have this ability. It’s just “gifted” people that do.

No, this is our inherit inner self. But, it lays dormant because we don’t bother to think that we have this capability. You have had times when your “intuition” has worked, or you’ve experienced some form of deja vu, right? That is only a mere portion of the psychic ability, but it’s there.

It could be that when we don’t exercise our spiritual beliefs, we don’t exercise our soul. You know that physical exercise is good for the body, don’t you? It keeps you strong and healthy, correct? Spiritual exercise is vitally as important as physical exercise. But, many simply don’t know how to exercise their spirits.

Just as if we don’t exercise our bodies, we become ill and our muscles atrophy. Sometimes, with poor eating habits and a sedentary life style, death can occur through heart attack or stroke.

The spiritual part (just as the physical) of our bodies, in the mind, called the soul, needs exercising, or, it too becomes ill and can die.

Yes, we can become spiritually dead. Oh we can walk around, even if we are spiritually dead, but I think movies depict spiritually dead people as the walking dead, or zombies.

In a sense, karma, being our spiritual trainer, because we learn from our mistakes, and our soul go hand in hand. Just how to exercise our spirit? It certainly isn’t as difficult as physical exercise. It’s called “meditation”.

You exercise your soul through meditation by letting your thoughts flow through your mind. Don’t judge those thoughts, just let them flow. BUT pay attention to what the thoughts are as they come into your mind.

When you do this, think what kind of thought it is. A negative thought is something that needs to be filtered out. Focus on more positive thoughts.

A healthy soul/spirit consists of someone who is positive, who has a good outlook on life, who doesn’t focus on negativity, someone who can ease through a negative situation without much difficulty, and who brings goodness into their lives. The spiritually-healthy person is like a breath of fresh air.

You probably know someone who is like a light when they come into a room. Their personality uplifts you, makes you smile, and there’s something about them that YOU want.

That is what is wrong with the world today. Far too many people are becoming spiritually ill, because, while they might be healthy in body, they truly aren’t healthy overall.

When this country was founded, our founding fathers were men who were highly spiritual. Hence our country’s motto, “One nation under God“. We have lost that spirit that they had.

A nation that is spiritually ill, looks like America today. Morals have declined. There is more violence and more hatred toward our fellow American.
When the health of each individual spirit is sick, then the collective of people becomes sick. Just look at our country today.

We are trying to take God out of everything. Look at our schools. This is where it all began, too. Years ago, prayer was one of the top things to do on the agenda of a child’s day. A moment of silence, they called it back then. But, someone, who thought that they were witty, decided that it was too much for children to have that prayer time, and threw it out.

Why do you think that there is so much stuff going on in our schools? Bullying, suicides, school shootings, colleges having hazings that wind up hurting fellow students to the point of death. We need to wake up America! We need to turn ourselves around, we need to get our spirits back into working order, not just our bodies!

Children are in the first line of defense for the devil to attack. This is why school children are being drug down into the pit of hell with the adult world. They are influencial therefore it is easy to sway them in the wrong direction. We need to be role-models to our children. We adults do.

We need to stand up and take charge of our lives, and the lives of our children because our future truly depends on it. If we continue to keep going down this road, heading toward a collective whole who are becoming spiritually dead, we’re destroy not only ourselves, but those who look up to us.

Get your spiritual health back on track, and karma will follow suit. Remember when you think evil thoughts, you speak evil words, or you do evil actions, you’re putting a reflection out there that’s going to come back and bite YOU in the butt, as well as your loved ones.

Positive, good, kind, loivng, gentle, caring words, actions, and invevitablably thoughts are what will bring a big reversal change to our country. Continue on the dark evil road, and we’re going to destroy ourselves, and we won’t have anyone to blame but our own selves.

Which path is it YOU want to go down? The one that will bring true peace, true happiness, and true joy to the world, or the other one that brings negativity, sorrow, darkness, and quite possibly death?

It is your choice to make which way you want our future. It is up to you, your family, your aquaintences…each single person must make a choice on their own.

Choose life, or choose death. Negativity brings death, positivity brings life. If you want a good future, pass this one so others can get on the band wagon with the positive reinforcement.

We are a spiritual army, but we’re losing because we’ve lost our way. We are not fighting a battle of flesh and blood, though the cabal wants you to think that with all their hubub of declaring wars. No, we’re fighting the battle of good and evil, with our spirits.

We’re being taught that spirituality has nothing to do with life. We’re not going to win with that kind of train of thought.
