Dairy, I got to go in early most of the week. I pulled one 12 and 2 10′s. If it hadn’t of been so hot I’d of pulled 3 12′s, but I reckon I just wasn’t man enough. I think I’ll just do nothing all weekend…unless LYnn has something else planned.

We had a little excitment at work this week. A couple of the guys got into an arguement with the work leader about him and others not doing their jobs and not working as a team over all. So the babysitter, uh I mean supervisor had to have a meeting with everyone and scold us. Me and another dude was standing in the same general area and it seemed that he kept looking at us. I asked the other dude if he thought the same thing and he did. He told me later that he went back and asked the supervisor “Do you have a problem with anything I’m doing, because it looked like you was talking directly to me and Von?”. The supervisor told him there was no problem with either one of us, he just didn’t want to look at the ones he was talking about(he should of looked at them and called their names). He opened his scold with “Some of you do whatever is asked of you and more, I’m not talking to you, each of you know if I’m talking to you”. He told the other dude we both fell in that category. I don’t think that’s a good lead in. Because everyone there will reason themselves out of being one of the ones he’s talking to. As a matter of fact one of the guys(rob) he was talking to started running his mouth about me after the meeting. My machine is slow paced, but when I’m not running 2 jobs I usually help others out as much as I can with moving material. But there are times when all I have to do is moniter the machine, which is basically stand there and do nothing. I’ll sometimes read a chapter in my Bible or do a crossword puzzle, my supervisor and work leader both know it and have never said anything. But rob started telling some of the other guys that the supervisor was right about the guy he was talking about and then started in on me and my crosswords and reading. Well there’s been many a night I helped rob’s partner move several bundles while he stood around talking or just disappeared. I have moved material for him while he was on break without him asking. Heck everyone knows my machine is slow paced that’s why I’m 2 pay scales below what rob is. Of course by being certified in multiple jobs I’m probably only one pay scale below him. It sort of upset me but is also amusing because like I said he is one of those guys who gets by with as little as possible. Everytime he gets a good partner on his job, it’s a 2 man job, they get upset with him and get off that job or shift as quick as they can. I guess I’ll give up crosswords…I think I’ll give suduko a try!!!

I would so love to go to the mountains sometime this summer. I love the mountains but we did the beach thing the last time because that’s what the kids wanted. I miss the days when we could do that sort of thing several times a year. Oh well them days is gone and not likely to come back anytime soon, for several reasons; money, work schedule, and other priorities.

That’s it for me today.

LUKE 2:49 AND HE SAID UNTO THEM, “HOW IS IT THAT YE SOUGHT ME? WIST YE NOT THAT I MUST BE ABOUT MY FATHER’S BUSINESS?”

I IS VONSTEGALL AND I’M GONNA GET SOME ICE CREAM AT LEAST ONCE THIS WEEKEND!!…MAYBE TWICE!!!!

  1. My ex-husband is a machinist. That happens in every shop (he worked in ALOT of shops) where guys complain about other guys not pulling their own weight, etc. My ex used to complain about guys falling asleep at their machines yet he admitted to me that he would go take a dump every morning for at least 15-20 minutes… go figure…

    P.S. I could never get into Suduko….
