Dairy, I’ve got another project lined up, maybe two. We are gonna do a waiting room ministry at the hospital. We’ll hand out snacks or whatever else the team leader wants to do. I’m gonna kiss a lot butt for the next few weeks. I want to keep the team leaders buttered up…wait a minute I didn’t mean I was gonna kiss a lot of butt, I meant that I was gonna practice good public relation policies, yeah, yeah that it’s…good public realation policies. Yeah that waiting room ministry leader is probably the only one in the whole church that can handle this project(how’s that Ms.Sinc?).

I’m also waiting to hear back from a lady who runs a charity that helps really poor people get improvements done on their houses. She said she has never worked with a church group but would really like to. They use grant money and they don’t have any right now so she’s gonna see what she can do about arranging to paint a house or some light carpentry work. She’s also gonna try to find some funding if she has to. I’ve talked to her twice and we had a real good conversation yesterday and I think we both are hoping that some type of partnership deal will work out for more than one project and possible get other churches involved. We’ll keep praying and see what God has in store for us.

They’ve been cracking down real hard on overtime the last few weeks. I’m still able to do my “special assignment” for now. I hope that holds out for awhile longer. Right now we are the only department that hasn’t been hit with short time.

I guess that’s it.
