it’s possible

Dairy,
We had a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooonnnnnnnngggggggggggggg
service today. It was homecoming and kickoff for revival. WE got out of sunday school 15 minutes earlier than usual. We had this dude sing and play several string instruments, it was too long and too loud. It was an incredibly long service. He played and sang for 45 minutes. Sometimes I think we can do too much at church. By the time he was finished you was just ready to get the service over with. The preacher had a wonderful sermon and I’d of rather had 45 more minutes of preaching than all that singing. I did enjoy the two girls from church who sang, they sounded so good. This singer kept having trouble with a cord or something and he said satan was trying to disrupt the service, I’d like to think it was the Holy Spirit. It was good music though it was loud but the songs had good messages. The dude sang again after we ate and I think one or two songs would have been sufficient for the service especially since he was singing later also. I’m not complaining, ok maybe a little, but I hate to see the Spirit quenched with good intentions. That’s my opinion and I admit it may be wrong.

Dairy, it was my last day teaching the youth and I wanted to go around and say something personal to each of them but I didn’t know if I could do it with out(looking both ways to make sure no one is litening) crying(there I said it). And by the way that there breakfast I told ya was this morning is next week. I found out when we went this morning and no one was there. Lynn kept saying you sure you didn’t misunderstand, well I guess I did. Dairy, I felt so stupid this morning. It’ll give us all something to laugh about, I told them they needed to pick at me about, cause I’d sure enough pick at them if it happened to them. Well now we have something to look forward to next week.

Dairy, we sometimes make decisions on the circumstances as they are at the time the decision is made. And we have to live with the consequences and that’s all I have to say about that.

Dairy, we may just do it at least temporarily. Well there is the possibility we may do it. I talked to someone about it anyway. I know these last two paragraphs don’t make sense to you Dairy, but I had intended on making a private entry and elaborating, but well to tell ya the truth I’m just to lazy.

Dairy dude, we gots a good preacher for our revival and I wish I didn’t have to miss the rest of the services, I wonder if I could call and get the preacher to reschedule the services in the morning time? Probably not.

Dairy, we gave the kids a proposition for CHRISTmas this year. We usally give 3 gifts each year. Something they need, something practical they could use, and something they want. We couldn’t think of anything practical they could us, and there is really nothing they need that they don’t get(unless we just wait until CHRISTmas. So we gave them the choice of getting gifts or going on a trip. Crap we use to both. Anyway they seemed to like the idea. We will probably go to Florida or Georgia. We get the week of CHRISTmas off with the option of volunteering. We figure with the weekend and the holiday we can still go for about 3 days and still get close to 40 hours.

Dairy, I’m also gonna try to squeeze in a trip to the location of next years main mission trip. I started to call the youth trip but it will be church wide, it’s just that the youth are the only one’s you can really count on arsn’t that sad. I’m hoping to have most of the preliminary plans made by the first of the year and then start recruiting people. We are gonna help with a food ministry in the mountains and also hold a Bible school. That’s the plan anyway, we’ll see.

ZEPHANIAH 3:1 WOE TO HER THAT IS FILTHY AND POLLUTED, TO THE OPPRESSING CITY!
