Dairy,
Lynn is so good to me. I told her I wanted some ice cream and I wanted a lot. She found it buy one get one free and bought all four of us a half gallon. I ate a bowl last night and this afternoon. I’m gonna show some self-control and not eat any tonight. At least right now I don’t plan on eating any tonight, I probably won’t go to bed for another hour so I may possibly change my mind.

Dairy, we got some of that freezing rain. The guys on third shift said it snowed for about an hour last night before the sleet or freezing rain started. It was cold all day and still am tonight. We still hasn’t got it as bad as some areas of the country, but it’s been sort of mild so far this year so we are probably due a little bit of real bad stuff before the year is over.

Dairy, there was two churches set on fire this in the eastern part of our state. It was arson. I arsn’t sure to what extent the damage is but there will be some repairs to be done. The place where we are going in February is just a few miles from the city these churches are in, so I will not be surprised if the NCBM end up doing some work on them. I don’t know if they will or if it will even be when we are there but it could be. Personally I hopes that we get to do some remodeling work as someone’s home and get to interact wid them. We can request to do remodeling or new construction or disaster relief projects and I think some groups do, but I usually just let the director send me or us wherever he thinks we are needed the most and will be the most utilized. He has told some stories about people coming and telling him what they are going to do and how they are going to do it. He is a real discerning and good people reader and very wise and he usually tries to please volunteers as much as he can and make it a positive experience for everyone. I know when our youth went in the summer they thought he was an awesome host.
