1 Dec 2008 - This is getting old

I am gettting very tired of not sleeping at night. For weeks now I just toss and turn and get up at 2:00 then 3:00 then 4:00 and just can't get back to sleep. I know I am having a lot of anxiety about my daughter moving and my son not being happy right now and the whole what do I do now thing. I just try not to even think about anything so I can sleep but it dose not seem to matter. I can tell I am starting to get sick due to this lack of rest. I was trying to keep from having to get any meds but at this rate I may have to get something.

I heard yesterday that after ONE night the new Rosie O'Donnell prime time variety show got axed. I for one was not surprised. I used to love her when she had her daytime talk show AT FIRST. When she was new to television she was nice and funny. Then after the Columbine shootings she went off the deep end and attacked Tom Seleck in one of the most uncomfortable interviews I have ever seen. Since then she has just been nasty and loud and brash and just no fun. So to think she was going to come back after all that and "The View" fiasco and think she was going to sing and dance her way back into our hearts is just rediculas. Nobody would buy a light hearted show from her. SHE is no Carol Burnett. I also think the American public is just not in the mood for some 1950's 1960's style musical show. I think we are all a bit tainted for that these days.
