ALOHA....come on in, the natives are friendly. 6 Jan 2004 - A great day I woke up this morning at 4:30 am and went out for a run. It was very cool and crisp and the moon was just setting behind the Koolau Mountains. It has been a beautiful day, high 70s in the afternoon, and a blue, cloudless sky all day. It is wonderful to see everything so green again after the heavy rains we had last week. Here are some pictures taken from in front of my house this morning. I think that I know just how hard it is for Duke to remain restrained in his activity. He is such a special dog to listen to me even though it is against his nature to walk slow, not run, and understand why he can not go out and play with his friends.
