ALOHA....come on in, the natives are friendly. 7 Nov 2003 - Visitors Like Pragmatist, I had visitors. On Wednesday the ole gastro-intestinal bug paid a visit and it layed me low for two days. On Thursday the old arthritis visited me in the ankles. I would like to blame those visits on a change of season, but although it has been cooler, especially at night, we still have the same bright sun and no rain. I guess that I will have to blame it on the fact that after our Wednesday morning run I told Maureen that I really felt great and than I felt that I was finally back in great shape after my knee injury. I should learn to keep my mouth shut and never speak in superlatives when I talk about my health or fitness. I had all kinds of errands to run (hobble) this morning and Duke is needing a bath so if I can muster up enough energy to do that I will see if I can get him to pose for pictures.
