27 Nov 2002 - Fairies In The Garden
|
|
There was an old woman sitting on the porch of an antique shop. People believed that she could tell the future and know everything that there is to know. A woman went rushing up to her holding a statue of a pink elephant, its trunk raised in the air. She asked: "Is this a real fairy? My daughter made this. Is it really like a fairy?" The old woman replied: "I've seen that on cards a hundred times." The mother got angry as she knew the old lady was being evasive. She retorted with: "Don't give me that. My daughter is only 3 years old and she has never made anything this perfect before." (And it was perfect) The old woman mumbled: "It's only Bleuw. He's one of the most useless fairies." The mother wanted to see them so the old lady took them to a meeting. There was a lot of fairies. All were small but all looked differently. They were all beaeutiful and friendly. (HA to maurie- fairies are still good to me!)
