I figured that if I post my goals and then keep myself updated that I will have a better chance at making them.
So here they go.One was wanting my 40 pound star on 4/8/02. So I have to lose 7.6 pounds. The other mini goal is to have only 100 pounds to lose on 4/15/02. So I have to lose 9 pounds. I have also figured out my Christmas goal/New Years goal. I want to be in Onederland(weighing 100something) so that weigh in would be 12/23/02 or 12/30/02. So that means I will have to lose 52 pounds by then.
They are reachable just have to make sure that I work at it not ny just staying within my points but exercise as well. Which I have done a good portion of this week. Also doing great with veggies. Every other day I am at least getting 4 servings in.
