I decided that simply getting more fruit and vegetables into the family diet was a big enough challenge and I have decided to concentrate on that first, incorporating the superfoods as much as possible. I will be re-vamping this page soon to include links to my adventures in re-discovering fruit and veg. I am going to ignore all the various conflicting diet advice including the high fat high protein versus low fat high carb, the useful but somewhat problematic food combining diet and every other diet that I have embarked upon at one time or another and just try and get more nutrition via fresh fruit and veg, throw in a bit of exercise and trust my body to sort the rest out.
