11 Jun 2009 - Meet Keeper Crazy me. I returned to the shelter today to rescue a little abandoned soul. My heart feels delightfully warm and fuzzy. Daughter has adopted her as her own and has already taken her for 3 walks. Pepai and Bandit approved of their new sister. And Ty has named her "Cupcake". But I've decided on 'Keeper', because it has a nice ring to it, but mostly because we will, you know, keep her. I wonder if she knew that today was her lucky day? The day when she can exhale and relax knowing that she won't be abandoned or mistreated or thrown away like last week's trash..... Welcome home little girl. Thanks for checking in.
