another dry day here along this dusty dirt road. we have not had much rain this month and it shows, everything is starting to wilt. we are in a stage of drought. It would be so nice to get some rain today. But, the sun is shining brightly so I do not think there is much chance of rain today...i am sitting here messing around with the look of my diary again. i have added sunflowers to the background this morning using a pic of my brother's sunflowers.
this is fair week in our area but i do not think we will be going. the best thing last year was the huge inflated slide and that was delated very early in the evening. i think the ride situation is never very good even though the ticket price includes the rides. who wants to have to pay for rides when they never have very many running?
this is birthday week. my sister's birthday is tomorrow. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Norma!
