Option 4. In case you wouldn’t have guessed. To answer one of the previous comments, no its not about the money. Its about the fact that IF it were paid enough for us to do this full time it wouldn’t be so bad. But we’re not, and it is so bad…. Anyway. Option 4 is…
So, if I were to put in a link reference to another site such as this one would it get into the entry? I hope so.
If credit card charges are not sufficient proof, as we’ve heard from one ‘knowledgeable’ person – then our only POSSIBLE alternative is to ban erotica of any form from appearing in diaries. There IS no other alternative because we cannot be sure that over 16’s (actually you DONT need to be over 18 to buy…
This entry is to answer the two questions posed in the last entry. Sunshinefiasco asked about the legality of using graphics in their diary. If you are going to use a graphic that is already on our system and comes up in the drop down boxes for areas such as background image etc, then those…
I've received reports that DD is not responding properly on a number of occasions, with people seeing 404 errors, Internal Server Errors and occasionally a white screen that says simply 'test'. I've been unable to reproduce these things here – that's not to say they don't exist, just that the conditions are not right for…

Really thanks for your hard working. I am very happy to get my diary ‘reborn’!!!
I never give up for this Deardiary, it is brilliant.
I have recently started using my rss feed reader in Firefox and the thing works great.
Glad you mentioned it to the group as I was thinking the same thing the other day!
[PRIVATE COMMENT]
I’ve been on Comcast.net for months and have never had a problem until you took the server down this last time. I’ve got my mail settings so that suspected SPAM goes into a folder that I can look at seperately and nothing is coming through there, either, from DD so I’m not sure that comcast is the problem. I’m going to go in to my diary and change the notify addy back to my old ISP just for giggles to see if it forwards. I’m aware that there can be security risks with RSS feeds so I’m not eager to jump on that bandwagon.
I’ll let you know if I get forwards from my old ISP. That might give you a clue one way or the other as to what’s going on.
Thanks for all your hard work. I know we can be a cranky and demanding bunch 😉
[PRIVATE COMMENT]
Steve,
Referring to my last comment: I just changed my e-mail and I’m getting notifies but I’m not sure why it took Comcast months to block them and why it coincided with your taking the server down this last time. I’ll bang my head against a brick wall and call Comcast next week because, as I’ve stated, the notifies should have gone to my SPAM folder not just been lost in space *rolls eyes*.
