NMS and I were at church today and she apologized to me for any hurt I have done and I told when she last hurt me and to say my peace with her and I was able to accept her apology.

I am not going to be super duper busy today.  I am going to have my shower in a few minutes when RK gets here at 1030 am.  I am going to go for walks about the hallway today only because it so happens to be real hot outdoors today.  I have already walked 1,045 steps today between now 4 am running to and from place to place in the apartment.  I actually slept in a little bit.  I called my dad at 722 am this morning and he asked me why I was up so early, lol.  What is going to consist of my day today is walking, reading and study the Bible, and Bible study, and writing.

I am so glad I am going to church tomorrow.  It has been a long but productive day all day long.  I have been kind of sleepy today but I do have to admit that I have taken the time to so Bible reading and taking notes on http://www.youversion.com.  Other Bible readers are liking my notes and telling me so via the internet on the website above.  I  have been, lately, turning the TV off, to do some studying.  I feel I have been sleeping good but I have been getting up between 4 am and 7 am in the need to take time for myself and my cat Bing Crosby, and the Bible.  Ever since April 13, the week after Easter, and have been on fire for the Lord ever since.

I am feeling so far behind in my diary right now.  I have been so busy this week that I have been doing something or busy studying the Bible or reading.  I am looking forward to going to church in the morning and hopefully returning to church next Saturday with Pastor V and his wife and parents in Beloit, Wisconsin.

I am so glad the weekend has arrived!  I had to go to the dentist and get a couple of teeth pulled.  I thought we were going to pull three but he was able to safe one of the teeth for the time being since it does not show any sign of infection and other problems.  YAY!  I will be going back to the dentist on July 6th to get the third – was fourth tooth – pulled.  It did not hurt  at all and I was in and out.  After the appointment, we went to Wal-Mart in Beloit, Wisconsin since we were at Machesney Park at the dentist have my teeth taken care of.  I am glad the weekend is finally here.  I am not going to church tomorrow but I will be going on Sunday for sure.  I have already called for a ride and confirmed it with TB.  Woo hoo!  The weekend is finally here!!!!

Thursdays I have KP come and help me organize my home and we are making progress every week.  It is a worthwhile 2 hr project every week.  We have gotten a lot done so far.  We rearranged, discarded and gave away books, from one small two tier bookshelf and one four tier bookshelf, rearranged my desk drawer/filing cabinet, and fixed up my kitchen counters by cleaning it and placing things in their proper spots and respectable places, and so now I have clean kitchen counters today.  I even cleaned out my medicine box and took out all the stuff in it and rearranged it to be more efficient for me.  Today my kitchen counters are nice.  I enjoy the organization time.  There is a lot to do and we are making progress everywhere!

Today was not real super busy but I did go to get weighed in and then left.  I was having a rough day and so my ride, not JB today, but KP, so I was convinced that I would just go get weighed in.  This week I weighed in at 224.8 lbs.  I lost the water tension weight 230.2 from last week.  Yay!

Today was very busy for me.

830 – 945 am – My shower gal RK was here to help me with my shower, get me dressed for the day, did some light house keeping, we played with Bing Crosby the cat/kitty, went for a walk.

11 – 1 pm – Formally known as JP now JE, came and we did a load of laundry, cleaned the bathroom.  While JE put the laundry in the washer and dryer, and took the laundry out and brought it down, I went with her to get some more steps in, I went for my afternoon walk around the building with her, and then we relaxed for a few minutes before she left.

After JE left, I decided to see what my neighbor BS was up to and I found her in the laundry room.  We chatted for a while and then we chatted some more in her apartment, and then I came home and did some important business for my mom who texted me earlier to let me know about a renewal process for our Bodybugg system and wanted my information for Bodybugg.  She got our Bodybugg systems renewed for a year and my membership will be until April 2013 now.  Cool!

As for the rest of the day, I had CSE come down for a while.

Is It Monday?

Okay, I am having major trouble remembering it is Monday, lol. I have had my shower at 8 am this morning with YE and Bing Crosby the cat was very talkative and playful this morning.  How am I having difficulty remembering it is Monday all day?  Frightening.

Bing’s 7 Years Old Today

My cat Bing Crosby is 7 years old today.  We did nothing special or anything but he did get some extra food, a couple of Crave treats, a massage and brushing by YE, and some major cuddling time with me and CSE.  We had CSE come down for a while today.

Going to church this morning and my ride will be here around 9 am this morning.  Today, Father’s Day, I called my dad and wish him a Happy Father’s Day and thanked him for his help the past few weeks since I started Weight Watchers.  We talked a few minutes because he was cooking his breakfast and he did not want his eggs to overcook, lol.

Anyway…
