Customer Relations

I had talked with my caseworker from Catholic Charities today and told her about my dislike of the doctor who took care of me at urgent care on Thursday and the idea MM was not impressed and wanted to walk out of there with me in tow. I did ask about how to complain to someone at Mercy about this doctor and where would I go. After talking to TG, I called the number I was given and did talk to a gentleman in customer relations and logged my complaint.
