KH came to help me get a shower. I had no plans to go anywhere so I stayed home in my comfy clothes all day today after KH left for the day. I had a good relaxing day journaling.

Tomorrow’s Plans

I am going to have to call someone in regard to my CPAP machine because it is NOT working properly now. I am a little frustrated and anxiousness is trying to creep into my life right now because I am wondering what has happened to my CPAP machine. Do I have to get a CPAP machine? Possibly.
