we have a new president. Everyone is making a big deal because he has roots in the african american community. I think it’s good and all, I just want to make a big deal about what a great president he is gonna be… I hope he does a good job. I am glad he is getting all kinds of spotlight and stuff but i hope he can just be a good president , a good leader, father, husband, and son. a good guy with the best interest of our country behind his decisions.
“Rebellion is not a crime- the crime occors when rebellion has no healthy outlet” -from the *Wisdom of the Rebbe* riots occor when people begin to go stir crazy, cooking emotions into a boil that they have not been leeting the steam out of. People rebel when they get to a point of disguist. Maybe people should rebel a little more each day, but a little less in each session or rebellious act. Let that steam valve up once in a while so that when that point comes… that point that would have broken you before… you can watch it go by and be proud that *exploding* or *carrying rebellion* is something you have learned to manage. (sometimes medication helps too)
I was at a party with my band on new years eve. It’s the second *Fish Fry Bingo* New Years for me. This was different from last year, in that people… seemed different. as the new year was literally rolling in, I heard people say things like ” I am so glad thuis year is over”, and ” this has been the worst year ever”. I had nothing of the sort to say. I had a great year. This has been one of the most stable years of my life. My kids are doing well, I am still in the Hilbilly band, I am still working on second life and doing *the jewish thing* there. I have had a year. It hasnt been painted a BAD year, because of the economy… or for any other reason. It’s been a good year. I am sorry that so many people had a bad year, and want to see it over. I am as happy to move on as the next person, the future is not something I have a reason to fear. Happy New Year, and old year
